Only a few studies using a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) structure to produce uniform light or glow-like discharge at atmospheric pressure have been published [6–9].However, when discharged into the open air, oxygen molecules make up 21% of the air quench nitrogen metastable species, which results in atmospheric discharges in the form of streamers and erratic micro discharges [10].Al-doped ZnO films subjected to plasma treatment did not significantly change in terms of crystal structure, but there was a minor increase in surface roughness and surface grain size.

Abstract.
Research on the UHI effect in the metropolitan area of Hania, Crete in the southern part of Greece, was carried out by Kolokotsa et al. [9].
Santamouris et al. [10] assessed the impact of urban climate on the heating and cooling energy consumption of urban buildings in Athens.
Kantzioura at al. [13] investigated the influence of urban morphology in microclimatic conditions of Thessaloniki.

Chang et al [1] reported that, under quasi-static compressive loading condition, the compressive strength ratio behaved like bilinear relations with temperature, and the transition temperature was 200, that is, for temperature above 200, the decrease rate is larger than below it.
Tasdemir et al [27] pointed that the peak strain is mainly depended on the micro-cracks such as its magnitude, development and propagation.

Mg alloys with ~35% lower density
compared with Al alloys have exhibited the promise as structural materials in engineering
applications which require the higher special mechanical properties.
In addition, Mishra et al. [12] have mixed second phases into the matrix during FSP to fabricate surface composite.
Lee et al. [13] have inserted nano-SiO2 powders into the AZ61 magnesium alloy during FSP to successfully fabricate the bulk nano-SiO2/AZ61 composite.
