That is, it not only controls one aspect of building energy consumption, but also considers the overall energy consumption and energy consumption of materials production process be together.
In addition, the standards has very clear indicators to measure the energy conservation effect, that is, the level of energy efficiency indicator -- EUI, associated with several factors as energy-using equipment technology, energy-using equipment efficiency, renewable energy, building envelope and materials and lifestyle (management) and so on.
Looking at domestic and international green building evaluation system, we can see that the evaluation of the international system is from simple to complex;from none weight to multi-weight system; from linear to nonlinear integrated, evaluation levels rising more and more science, more and more complex [5].

At low speeds, not only the MR materials appear viscous-elastic but also the damper has elastic structures; and at high speeds, MR materials yield and appear viscous-plastic while the structural elasticity of the damper is relatively weakened.

He received a Diploma in Materials Science from the University of Erlangen-Ntirnberg in 1986 and a PhD from the same University in 1990 while he was investigating the formation of amorphous and quasicrystalline alloys by interdiffusion in collaboration with the Siemens Research Laboratories.
