Some in vitro studies have investigated the factors that may affect fracture resistance of endodontically treated teeth restored with different post and core materials, crown designs, height of the ferrule and so on.
Materials and Methods Preparation of samples.
Cyclic loading was not used for this study, which may affect the results, because dental materials may behave differently with cyclic loads in comparison with increasing loads to failure.

Fine hematite and ilmenite materials were used for the investigation.
The material is less than 74 μm, and has a particle size below 43 μm by 78.70%, accounting for 81.33% of the total iron in the material.
The materials were fully mixed at a solid concentration around 10% and evenly fed to the separator within 15-20 s.

Compared to other methods of additive manufacturing, SLS can produce parts from a relatively wide range of commercially available powder materials.
And, depending on the material, up to 100% density can be achieved with material properties comparable to those from conventional manufacturing methods.
