Holographic anti-counterfeiting packaging materials can exhibit a variety of effects, such as dual-channel, gray scale, micro text, invisible watermark, the flash effect and so on [3].
Experiment principle Experimental Mmethod First, coat the polyester film (PET) with composite resin and cool it, then transfer the graphic information to the film by templating; follow that coat the film with aluminum by vacuum evaporation method and paste the aluminum layer with graphic information to paper, then after the printing process cigarette packaging materials could be obtained.

The binder is made from environmental friendly inorganic materials such as phosphoric acid, aluminum hydroxide, B-ion additive and Mg-ion additive.
The raw materials used in experiments were standard silicate sand (50-100mesh, round grain shape), produced in DaLin of Inner Mongolia, and binder prepared above.
The dry strength examination was performed by using a SQW-Ⅱ non-metallic materials comprehensive testing machine.
