First, constant temperature and humidity air conditioner, it has two kinds of units, air-cooling and water-cooling, equipped with multi-stage electrical heater and humidifier tank and micro controllers.
The third scenario is the whole air system with chilled water as the medium.
Constant temperature and humidity machine is controlled by microcontroller, with water flow switch, temperature sensor, humidity sensor and pressure sensor in it to detect all parts of constant temperature and humidity machine in working state, in order to ensure the normal operation of the unit.

Gallic acid is the poor water solubility substance (11.5 mg/mL) [3], therefore �methyl pyrrolidone (NMP), which has been claimed as a solubilizing agent [4], was interesting to be used to enhance the solubility of gallic acid in this study.
L was dissolved in distilled water at 4-5°C until a homogeneous solution was obtained and gallic acid (G) was subsequently mixed with the polymer solution.
The pH of gels was measured using the pH meter (Professional Meter PP15 Sartorius, Goettingen, Germany).
Both cmt and gelation temperature increased upon diluting the system with water.

The Pivotal Technical Components The CISDI packaged soft-reduction technology for slab continuous casting involves several professional fields, such as metallurgical process, mechanics, hydraulics and automation, which would be described as below respectively.
The core function of this model is to exactly predict the heat extraction and solidification status of slab by finite difference heat transfer simulation under given casting operation condition, and its simulation results are important theoretical reference data for the reasonable design of secondary cooling water system, the precise calculation of compound heat transfer coefficient of each second cooling zone, the exact predictions of temperature field & solidifying shell thickness of slab under steady operation condition, and the correct debugging of CISDI_CCPS ONLINE[5].
In the second module, the effective casting speed of secondary cooling zone is introduced to make consideration about cooling history of slice element, and the secondary cooling water is dynamically controlled by the corresponding target surface temperature curve of slab.
By means of the positive cooperation between CISDI and Liusteel for more than one year, the whole debug job was completed smoothly, in which, all the significant control functions have been realized normally in turn, such as the remote roll gap adjustment, the dynamic secondary cooling water control, the static soft-reduction control and the dynamic soft-reduction control.

Thereafter, the cloth was washed 20 times in accordance with the instructions provided by the American Textile Chemical Association (AATCC TM135-2018t), with water temperature of 80 ± 5°F, gentle washing speed, machine soap washing, and low-temperature rotary drying.
