Introduction
Solar storm refers to the phenomena that intense solar activities release enormous energy and material, which frequently causes drastic changes of the solar-terrestrial space environment, and it has an important influence on modern radio-engineering systems and human space activities[3].According to the relevant statistics, in the 23rd cycle of solar activity the erupted solar storm has had a certain impact on the application of GPS system, and it also caused different degree of decline of the accuracy of GPS receiver’s navigation and position in parts of Europe and the United States, and it even has lost navigation function.
