The resulting complex interaction of chemical and transport processes aroused the interest of many chemical engineers to the modeling of CVD processes, through establishing methodology for extracting the essential chemistry in CVD reactors and to incorporate the chemistry into a numerical model for describing the temperature and species concentration fields.
