According to the anti-vibration performance test requirements to the UHF RFID passive tag in the application of civil aviation luggage transport, the paper designs a vibration measurement instrument for UHF RFID passive tag.
Based on the practical applications and the technical regulations for UHF RFID passive tags, the paper proposes a new UHF RFID passive tag vibration measurement instrument based on non-resonance single-axis inertial vibration principle, so as to develop a measurement instrument which is applicable to testing the anti-vibration capability of UHF RFID passive tags in the civil aviation luggage transport.
Requirment Modeling and Design for Vibration Measurement Instrument According to the practical application environment of the UHF RFID passive tag in the civil aviation luggage transport, the performance indexes for UHF RFID passive tag vibration measurement instrument are listed by referring to the environmental test international standard IEC 68-2 and the environmental testing for electric and electronic products national standard GB 2423.
The platform of measurement instrument is determined referring to the size of civil aviation baggage tags.
