Abstract.
Consequently, requiring low maintenance and cost-effective materials offering long-term durability, fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) are becoming attractive for use in civil engineering structures [1].
Over the last 30 years, the research and development based on PFRP structural profiles in civil engineering have progressed considerably in several countries [8].
In the same way, PFRP angle profiles are often subjected to biaxial bending in civil applications.

Abstract.
Introduction During the development of high-speed and heavy-load railways in China, the track irregularity which has important effect on train running safety, riding quality, ride comfort, the life of components of vehicle and track and environmental noise is one of main technical engineering problems, and one of the main factors which restrict the running speed.

Introduction Fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) composite materials are widely used in civil engineering applications, especially in two main functions: in rehabilitating or reinforcing, and in new structures [1].
Over the past two decades, the usages of the PFRP structural profiles have been significantly increased into the civil engineering constructions due to the material characteristics and economic advantages over the conventional materials such as steel and reinforced concrete.
The research and development of all PFRP structures in civil engineering have progressed considerably in several countries.
