Abstract.
Introduction Bored piles have been widely used in practical engineering, while they are most likely subjected to the defect of stem broken, which would affect the bearing behavior of pile foundations.
The model experiments were carried out and finished in the Laboratory of Engineering Structure and Laboratory of Soil Mechanics at Tianjin University.
Therefore, the accuracy of monitoring the position of the defect is of a great significance in engineering practice.

After the Second World War these materials started to be applied in civil industry like in boats, made by glass fiber with polyester resin, and in 1953 the first Chevrolet Corvette with fiberglass body appears.

Keywords: Green construction, Residential real estate development, Green building.
Real estate development construction project management focuses on engineering quality, pays more attention to reduce cost and shorten the construction duration, and it pays less attention on environment protection.
Many construction developers and contractors don’t well understand green construction, believing that the adoption of green construction techniques and methods will surely increase the engineering cost, so they become more passive and negative in the implementation of green construction, pay less attention to green construction in construction management and don’t improve construction method and techniques.
In general on one hand standardized design improves the efficiency, reduces the waste generated and keeps stability of the engineering quality, on the other hand it facilitates bidding, budget and settlement, and property management.
The relevant government departments, developers and engineering supervisors should conduct a comprehensive monitoring throughout the whole construction process, and whether green construction has been implemented or not in the whole construction duration is the main content in the project completion acceptance.
