In Zhang et.al [4], we detected an increase in Earth’s semi-major axis through experiments.
Pioneer, therefore, is a good laboratory to test Zhang et.al [4]’s discovery.
On the basis of Zhang et.al [4], such process could be divided into three stages: First, the birth of an orbit.
According to Zhang et al [4], C=0.868, k=103, R(n)=1.02×1011×=6.8×10−10.

Comet assay
DNA damage was quantified by means of the Comet assay as decribed by Singh et al.[6], with minor modifications.
2.5.
Since first described by Ostling and Johanson and developed by Singh et al, the comet assay has been accepted as a rapid, simple, and sensitive method for measuring DNA damage and repair mechanisms, biomonitoring and determining genotoxicity.
