Introduction Correlation between the pretreatment of the melt and the macrostructure of the solidification structure is front edge of solidification science.
The heredity of crude material fades partly, thus leads to the Al-22%Si melt more homogeneous both the structure and composition.

Huuki J et al. [2] discussed the influence of ultrasonic burnishing technique on the surface quality for three different materials, namely, aluminum, 34-CrNiMo6 tempering steel and S355J2 structural steel.
Compared with the initial turned surface roughness, the surface roughness values for these three materials decrease by an average of 88% and the finished surface measured an average value of 0.36 ± 0.16μm.

The quantitative measurement of size and distribution of the pores are essential for the material characteristics.
In this paper, Snake algorithm is combined with ACF material images.

The process was developed initially for aluminium alloys, but since then FSW was found suitable for joining a large number of materials.
Monotonic tensile tests Monotonic tensile tests were performed to determine the mechanical properties of the welded and unwelded materials: the yield stress sy, the rupture stress sr, the Young modulus E, and the elongation at failure εr.

If the experimental results contain the relevant information about the material behavior, then the trained neural network will contain sufficient information about material’s behavior to qualify as a material model [6].
Materials The main purpose of the research evaluate the compressive strength of self compacting concrete (SCC) made with locally available materials, such as cement, aggregate, and fly ash using artificial neural network models.
The second phase involved determining if Self Compacting Concrete could be manufactured in large quantities for field applications using locally available materials.
