Polypropylene Manufacturing and tensile test of nanocomposite material The first step in manufacturing of nanocomposite material is to mix matrix and reinforcing materials in such a way that it will form a new compound material.
For proper mixing of these two materials, we have set mixing time as 10 minutes, temperature set as 200 degrees and speed of twin-screw as 100 revolution per minute.
The damping factor is also calculated in this analysis for both materials i.e. neat PP and polymer nanocomposite.

German Environment Agency (UBA) defines cascade use as a “sequential use of bio-based raw materials for energetic and material applications”.
Inputs to the cascade can be primary raw materials but also co- or waste products assuming a subsequent use.
Material-based cascades focus on materials used, reused and recycled.
This includes all base materials which do not necessarily represent a product and which are cascaded as a material, e.g. wood [16], polymers such as PET [17], [18][20], mineral materials such as concrete [21], [22][23] and various metals [24].

In this work, a novel slow-release N-fertilizer hydrogel beads were prepared by containing urea in sodium alginate(SA) and sodium alginate-talcum (ST) materials via egg-box model.
The structure of SA and ST materials were characterized by FT-IR and XRD.

Structure Synthesis Features of the Machining Center
The five-axis machining center with large stroke was shown in Fig. 1, it was used to process complex curved surface of high-grade NC machine tools with high technology and high precision, and it was suitable for the processing of the composite materials.
(2) Material advantages While the structural stiffness of the five-axis machining center was ensured, the deadweight could be greatly reduced and the feed speed could be higher by using the materials of carbon fiber composite, the biggest feed speed could reach 100m/min.
