Introduction
Ceramic perovskite-type oxides with formula ABO3 (A is usually a rare earth element and B is transition metal) has been found to be outstanding candidates for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell (IT-SOFC) cathode materials.
Experimental Procedure Powder of La0.6Sr0.4CoO3-α was prepared via a complexing method using metal nitrate salts as starting materials and CA-EDTA as a combined chelating agent.

The results indicate that the materials exhibit high surface area and uniform pore distribution.
The surface acidity of the materials was also detected by using the in situ pyridine-absorbed FT-IR.
The materials have both Lewis and Brönsted acids.

Abstract: Considering the material property of the soil body to the earthquake area and the situation that the law of the deformation of surface points in regions of active seismicity will vary before and after the occurrence of an earthquake, the paper discusses the method to erect a model of vertical deformation in regions of active seismicity using spline function.

The starting point of the mechanical technology is how to combine with the mechatronics technology and take use of its high-tech, to update the concept and implement the changes in structure, materials and performance, and at last meet the requirements of losing weight, minifying volume, increasing accuracy and stiffness and improving performance.
The prominent features of CIMS are not only the simple integration in the sense of raw materials and equipment, but also the integration with the information integration as the main feature.
The level of mechatronics products reflects the developing level of science and technology in this country, especially this country’s level of processing and manufacturing, machinery and materials, sensing detection, controlling and so on.

The most common retrofitting methods involve the use of horizontal steel ties or belting made of different materials.
In this paper, the original retrofit technique with vertical ties is revised by introducing glass fiber reinforced polymers materials (GFRP), currently employed for retrofitting of historical existing masonry structures.
