Introduction Complicated material structure of numerous materials for engineering applications, including cement-based composites, crucial in building practice, does not allow reliable prediction of their behaviour under mechanical, thermal, etc. loads using the conventional simplified methods of classical fracture mechanics, coming from [1], revised by [2].

At present, a lot of fly ash has been used in all aspects of expressway engineering(Jie Zhang and Ruben Solis,2008)[14], including soft foundation treatment, subgrades filling, bridge or road cement and concrete cement and concrete admixture, pavement binder et al, among these, the fly ash used as the subgrades filling is largest.
