Design of movable bracket for dual-axis tracking solar thermal power system Bo Song1,a, Yong Zhang1,b, Fang Bin Xu1,c 1School of Civil and Architectural Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, 100044, China asongbojn@163.com bzyz3000@126.com cfangbin1205@126.com Keywords: Dual-axis tracking solar thermal power system; Movable bracket; Space tube truss; Space steel frame bracket; Structure selection Abstract: Movable bracket as an important part of dual-axis tracking solar thermal power system is large, movable and complex of its force with the orbit of connected nodes.
Therefore, choosing the reasonable structure and reducing the project cost have great significance to the popularization and application of this system. 3 The analysis of the dual-axis tracking solar power system movable support pilot project. 3.1 Engineering background The pilot project is in Zhangye City, Gansu Province, seismic fortification intensity is 7, the design basic acceleration of ground motion is 0.10g, classification of design earthquake in the second group, basic snow pressure is 0.10KN/m2, basic wind pressure is 0.50 KN/m2, ground roughness for class is A, bracket structural self vibration period T = 0.77s> 0.3s.
According to the engineering experience, the steel consumption of the nodes accounts for about 10% of the volume of the steel bracket, therefore, the steel quantity of steel braced frame structure included in the node is 182.4× (1+10%) = 200.64t. 3.5 Two structure form of bracket main design index contrast index Bracket type Space pipe truss Braced space steel frame Maximum amount of deformation Under the five-level wind(mm) 16.0 21.4 Bracket steel consumption(t) 193.2 182.4 Total steel consumption included in the node(t) 231.8 200.64 Construction difficulties relatively complicated relatively simple Connected with the track relatively complicated relatively simple 3.6 Structural requirements of the supporting wheel and track Force of the track and supporting wheel is more complex.
