It is used as integrated circuit in the sealing of metal materials, which make use of its electrical properties and mechanical properties, and optical properties of no requirements, so the fluorescence properties of niobium acid salt glass ceramic did not in-depth study[7-8].

Recently, due to the advantages of Lamb waves over other ultrasonic methods, multimode characteristic and propagation for long distance, lamb wave is considered as one of the effective and important damage detection methods for plate-like in SHM, and usually studied to detect damage in metal and composite materials.

Since QDs are bright, light stability and have a broad excitation spectrum corresponding a narrow emission spectrum which controlled by the size and the composition of the material.
The starting materials were Zn(Ac)2 , Cu(Ac)2 , deionized water and Na2S,all the reagents used were analytical grade without further purification.
