Introduction
The outer profile of thin-walled rotary parts made of hard brittle material on high-speed aerocraft
have met the aerodynamics requirements after semi-finish machining, but the microwave
characteristic cannot reach the performance requirement because of uneven distribution of material,
the wall thick should be properly grinded to compensate the physical performance [1,2].

Using the prepared material, the decoloration conversion for MB aqueous
solution can reach 72.06% in 300min and be increased by 21.59% compared with original PCF.
