A recent numerical study of macrosegregation defects formation, during solidification of an Al- 4.1%wtCu binary alloy has been carried out in [11], for which, the mixture continuum model was used.
Macrosegregation defects patterns for multicomponent superalloys were also studied by Felicelli et al. [12] using the volume averaged model.
For the discretization of the advection term, in order to prevent numerical diffusion errors of the Central Difference Scheme (CDS), largely known in the advection dominated problems, which has large source-driven liquid concentration gradients, Prescott et al. [23], rather than CDS, an alternative high order scheme, called QUICK, Hayase et al. [24], was used in the discretization of the advection terms in energy and species equations.

Introduction 7075 high strength Al alloy tubes produced by power spinning are used widely in aviation, aerospace and military industries, because of the high strength/weight ratio, light weight and good corrosion resistance [1, 2].
However, 7075 Al alloy is one of the hard-deforming materials with high strength, high hardness and low plasticity, etc., especially for 7075 cast aluminium alloy(CAA) which plasticity is much lower.
To improve and thicken the boss, Akkus and Kawahara [3] proposed a two-step spin forming of the Al tube end closure, and found the two-step spin forming can provide a greater boss thickness than that of conventional forming.
Sortais et al. [4] studied the wall thickness distribution of aluminum blanks in a cone spinning process.

Introduction
The vehicle routing problem (VRP) was first proposed by Dantzig et al. [1] in 1959.The multi-depot vehicle routing problem (MDVRP) is one of extensions of VRP.
Renaud et al. [2] adopted a heuristic method to deal with the MDVRP.
Zou Tong et al. [3] solved the MDVPR by genetic algorithm.
William Ho et al. [4] proposed two hybrid genetic algorithms for MDVRP and compared the two HGAs by examples.
M.Mirabi el al. [4] adopted an efficient stochastic hybrid heuristics for the multi-depot vehicle routing problem.

Liao et al[1,2]have done numerical simulation analysis of high and low temperatures regenerator with fins, draw the fin can improve the heat storage efficiency, in addition, studied the influence of HTF import rate and the place angle of inclination on the regenerative effect.
Hu et al [3] simulated a phase change energy storage fixed annular fins, and analysed influence of fins spacing and thickness on the heat storage.
Tardya et al [4] considered a heat pipe regenerator by experiments and numerical simulation methods in a variety of import conditions, the results showed that the results obtained by the two methods are in good agreement.
Robak et al [5] researched three forms of latent heat accumulator, fluorescent tubes, fixed fins and fixed heat pipes respectively.
