The corresponding redline of engine parameters are then set out to help engine engineers to make an engine TOW prediction for guaranteeing flying safety.
Maintenance engineer use the specific software to monitor oil consumption rate, and draw the trend curve to detect the abnormal situation.
Engine can be ranked from worst to best to aid engine engineers in the maintenance planning and removal decision, with the goal of improving the shop visits interval and reducing maintenance costs, while maintaining the reliability of the engine.
Engine engineering can use the above parameters to predict the off-wing date and schedule maintenance action. [5] Prediction flow-process is shown at Figure 2.

Abstract.
The paper discussed the concrete scheme of comprehensive utilization of rainwater , including rainwater collection and reuse, rainwater infiltration based on a civil construction district. Also, analyzed its economic, social and environmental benefits quantificationally.
Regulate emissions is only employed on special occasions because of its limited function. The paper discussed the concrete scheme of utilization of rainwater for a civil construction district, and analyzed the economic, social and environmental benefits quantificationally.
According to "Technical Specification for Construction and Residential Rainwater Utilization Engineering”,we calculate the volume of the runoff roofing rainwater that can be reused.

How to identify the damage of the plate is one of the hot issues in the civil engineering fields.
There are some problems among the theory, methods and practical engineering applications.
A method is presented for determining damage location and degree of civil engineering structures based on model testing of two-dimensional steel plates.
How to identify damage in the elastic plate becomes the hot issue of the civil engineering field.

After fulfilling the e-learning of e-government in Yunnan, the system will give the training for civil servants from 53 departments.
This isn't a real e-learning, though it also lists some course such as spoken-English training, Java script and senior system engineer, etc
Lower quality of the civil servants' training Compared with the west countries, the government training in China remains room to develop.
Thus, it can be plugged into web browsers when civil servants use it as a learning assisted tool.
V.Conclusions E-learning in the civil servants' job-training is attracting interest not simply as a tool for innovating the civil servants' job-training and developing education system, but also for prompting social cohesion , actualizing educational welfare and encouraging international cooperation.

The concept that the civil engineering infrastructure may be streamlined through the use of Smart
technology has been mooted for well over a decade.
Within the civil engineering portfolio bridges have consequently seen by far the greatest proliferation of experimentation with sensing systems.
This particular fibre optic sensor is now well established and accepted within broad sectors of the civil engineering community and has evolved from being an instrument under test in its own right to an instrument which can be used to test and monitor civil engineering construction procedures.
