Synthesis and characterization of thermotropic liquid crystalline polyesters/glass fiber by in-situ process Zhangchuanji1, a , Huangzhixiong2,b 1, 2Institute of Materials Science and Engineering, Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan 430070, China a luqing850604@163.com, b huangzx1999@yahoo.com.cn Keywords: Thermotropic liquid crystalline;biphenyl; Synthesis; Liquid crystal texture; Glass fiber Abstract: Liquid crystalline polyesters containing central biphenylene moiety in the mesogenic unit with ester linkages to the different lengths of flexible spacers were synthesized using melt polycondensation reaction.
Introduction Thermotropic main chain liquid crystalline polymers(TLCP) have attracted attention due to their potential application in numerous areas, e.g. as high performance material[1].
Under long-term loading, the unreinforced material delaminated more severely than the glass fiber reinforced system, and also showed a transition in behavior on dynamic loading.
Tensile strength and impact strength of the PC4Hb/gf, PC3Hb/gf, PCHb/gf Fig3 shows the tensile strength and impact strength of the composites as a function of the FB content. As can be seen;the tensile strength increased remarkably with FB content. This is because in brittle materials such as these composites;the tensile strength is a direct consequence of both the modulus of elasticity and the elongation at break. The modulus and ductility of elasticity increased when FB was added. 4.

But many sausage processing enterprises do not own the slaughter line or have more troubles in purchasing the fresh meat; most of them selected frozen meat as raw materials.
The pH, TBARS and sensory evaluation of cooked sausages were measured to study the different effects of the two factors considered, in order to give a reference for a reasonable selection of raw materials in Chinese sausage production and to improve its sensory and storage quality.

Performance of Alfa Fibres in Cementitious Materials Exposed to Diverse Surface Treatments S.
Despite these advantages, the use of plant fibres remains limited in construction materials, in particular due to their chemical composition and their high sensitivity to water which lead to lower material performance.

The nanosize FTO was self-synthesized by using raw materials of tin oxide pentahydrate and ammonium fluoride by following the previous method [9].
This were mainly due to the high surface area, well dispersed of metal cluster on the FTO as well as of its amphoteric materials properties.
