FLAC3D provides 11 kinds of simulation material constitutive model, which are used to simulate different material properties.
Among them, Mohr-Coulomb model [9] is mainly used in the simulation of granular materials, such as soil, rock, and concrete, etc.
Mohr-Coulomb model is used in the paper as the material constitutive model.

With the rapid development of LED, thermal performance of traditional plate is not in conformity with the requirements, so people use Al2O3 as heat sink materials[5].But the sintering temperature of pure Al2O3 is so higher, resulting in the abnormal grain growth, effect the mechanical properties of the material[6].
Stoichiometric ratios of Al2O3: SiO2: Li2CO3 = 99.2%: 0.4%: 0.4%, This three raw materials were mixed and placed in a ball mill was ball milled for 4 hours, drying.
