Introduction
Sandwich structures are applied in various areas, ranging from civil engineering and road transport (composite trailers) to marine and aerospace applications due to the high specific strength and stiffness, corrosion-resistance, tailorability and stability [1].
The interlayer of face sheets with a thickness of 1.52 mm was Ex-situ toughened with PAEK [16-21], which is an amorphous engineering thermoplastic polyetherketone with a phenolphthalein side group.

Emergency management for sudden accidents of construction projects involves the aspects of nature, society and economy, and it is a complicated social system engineering.
In the growth progress of civil important emergency response, it can be divided into four stages by the response speed of its internal emergency resources, prevention, preparation, response and recovery.
