Effect of Gel-Calcination on Piezoelectric Property in (1-x)BiScO3-xPbTiO3 Ferroelectrics Han Wang1, 2, a, Xiaohui Wang1, b, Shaopeng Zhang1, Longtu Li1 and Zhaohui Huang2 1 State Key Laboratory of New Ceramics and Fine Processing, Department of Materials Science & Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China 2 Department of Materials Science & Engineering, China University of Geosciences (Beijing), Beijing 100083, China a hanah_wong@163.com, b wxh@tsinghua.edu.cn Keywords: Gel-Calcination; BSPT; Piezoelectric; Grain size effect Abstract.
Sol-gel method was regarded as a kind of soft chemistry technique, by which fine powders would be obtained easily, meantime the amount of raw materials could be controlled accurately [2].
Experiment In this study, Sc2O3 (99.99%), Bi (NO3)3·5H2O (AR), Pb (COOCH3)2·3H2O (AR) and Ti(OC4H9)4 (AR) were chosen as starting materials to provide Sc3+, Bi3+, Pb2+ and Ti4+.
Besides, C6H8O7·H2O (AR), HNO3 (AR), NH3·H2O (AR), H2O2 (AR) were used as auxiliary materials.
Starting materials were mixed according to stoichiometric proportion of 0.365BiScO3-0.635PbTiO3 and sol solution was obtained.

Parametric finite element model of crane boom is built and uncertain parameters are obtained by analyzing characteristics of dimensions, materials, loads and constraint conditions for crane boom.
It is no doubt that material parameters are random for self-defects of material.
The material of crane boom is Q345.
