3) Traffic big
A four-lane highway traffic will not more than 80 million people, and a double line high speed railway annual volume of up to 160 million person-time, especially in high density within 1000 kilometers of inter-city operation, public transport, marshalling flexible high-speed trains, high speed and the capacity of the civil aviation.
