This paper presents an analysis about principle of an inertial navigation system (INS) and design an new mechanical architecture of INS in terms of increased availability of GPS for civil aviation.
This new mechanical architecture has a good mechanical properties in mechanical engineering of civil aviation.
So in this paper we design a new mechanical architecture of INS to meet the demands of civil aviation.
Mechanical Architecture of Inertial Navigation System under PBN Mechanical properties of the New INS Because we use the laser gyroscopes in the new system, there are many mechanical properties to meet the demand in mechanical engineering of civil aviation.
This system can meet the requirement in mechanical engineering of civil aviation.

Whether it is international or domestic at present, people’s study on the claim more concentrate on the civil engineering claims.
When claim incident occurs in mechanical and electrical engineering project, people just put the theory and experience of claim in civil engineering project into simple use.
It can solve some problems of mechanical and electrical engineering projects in the contract, but there is great limitation, because there are very big differences between the civil engineering projects and large mechanical and electrical engineering project itself.
First, the majority of the objects of claim study in civil engineering project are the claims of project contractors to owners, which is just the opposite to the objects in this article (the object of our study is that the owners of large engineering project claims contractor); although some documents of studies on the engineering project claim also discuss the claims of owners to the contractors, often there is not a thorough study of this phenomenon, attached to the claims of the contractors to owners.
In the research on the theory and method of owners claim in electromechanical project, although China is still in the level of case analysis and the qualitative analysis, with no systematic theoretical research, and draw lessons from civil engineering claim theory and experience; However, there are still some successful examples, which has accumulated some beneficial experience.

The use of foundry waste in civil engineering is one of the most discussed issues by several environmental polities.
In civil engineering, the use of disposable materials in constructions has importance not only for development of alternative and low cost materials, but also to stimulate the local economy, decrease the pollution on sanitary landfills and contribute to the sustainable development [1, 2].
This paper investigates the possibility to reuse the foundry waste in mortars used in civil engineering; thus, studies were conducted by evaluation of the water retention in mortars built with several concentrations of foundry powder.
According to past studies, the development of mortars with foundry powder shows to be feasible in civil engineering for powder concentrations between 5 and 15% [7].
This result highlights the importance of reusing disposable compounds in materials science such as foundry powder in the civil engineering.

In this study, PZT powder mixed with cement and sand, which is more realistic in civil engineering applications.
Through a series of MTS compression tests, feasibility of using cement-sand based PZT composite materials in civil engineering is evaluated.
Innovative materials such as PZT composite have been studied by many researchers with the intention to develop smart structures in civil engineering.
The studies of the applications for the piezoelectric materials in civil engineering have been done as well.

Taking a low-pylon cable-stayed bridge as engineering background, control indexes in design of bridge were studied[1].
Overall force calculation and later checking research is analysed by the finite element analysis software MIDAS Civil.
Engineering situation The total length of the bridge is 120m+120m, the prestressed concrete girder uses variable cross-section.
