In all kinds of difficult processing materials, nickel-based high-temperature alloy is one of the most difficult processing materials, which has high cutting force and cutting temperature, the tool wear and work hardening are serious.
It can be used for processing high hardness of hard processing material.
The sensitivity analysis method can be applied to various materials cutting processing parameter sensitivity analysis.

The Effect of Mill Addition of Quartz Glass on Thermal Shock Resistance of Sheet Steel Enamels Liyun Chen1, Yanyan Wu1, Weizhong Jiang1*, Jiayi Ye1, Huile Jin1, Aili Liu1 and Xinnan Mao2 1Advanced Glass Manufacture Technology Research Center of Ministry of Education, College of Materials Science and Engineering, Donghua University, Shanghai, 201620, China 2College of Chemistry and Materials Engineering, Wenzhou University, Zhejiang Province 325035, China * jwzh@dhu.edu.cn Keywords: Sheet steel enamel, Quartz glass, Mill addition, Thermal resistance, Acid resistance.
Introduction Enamel materials with excellent chemical durability have been widely used in chemical industry [1,2,3].
Since enamel materials are brittleness inorganic materials, their thermal shock resistance can’t meet some special requirements over 200℃ temperature.
The excellent thermal shock resistance of enamel materials can’t be achieved by only changing the chemical composition of enamel frits [4,5].

They allow to measure the surface free energy of materials of modified surface layer.
In such cases, we can not used other methods, which results are obtained by averaging the properties of the material throughout its mass, because the modified surface layer has different properties than other materials.
