Introduction
In recent years, in order to fulfil requirements on the load carrying capacity, development of new materials is needed, where ductile materials are very attractive due to their mechanical properties.
Thus, development of new numerical techniques which can describe behavior of ductile materials more realistically, especially in the softening regime has become very popular.

Basalt fiber composite material is different from other composite materials with outstanding acid, through the wave of the advantages and excellent value for money, so basalt fiber composite materials could be considered to replace the E glass fiber composite materials and S-2 glass fiber composite materials in composite materials ship building in the future.
