Abstract: Al2O3p/40Cr graded composite was prepared by the squeeze casting method, and the as-cast structure, hardness, thermal shock properties of the composites were preliminary tested.

Finally, a parameter estimation of the material life model is obtained.

In our research we have focused on recyclable materials that could provide such protection and their comparison with other known materials.
We present a FEM analysis of a wall strengthened with different type of materials.
In conclusion we show the economical and ecological comparison of used materials.
Using high pressure, the materials are mixed internally at a 1:1 ratio at the tip of the spray gun.
