Crystal Chemistry Approach in Yb Doped Laser Materials B.
They cover numerous fields of physics, engineering, chemistry, biology or medicine, with applications such as, time-resolved spectroscopy, multiphoton imaging… The second aspect is the research of high output power in cw regime in Ybdoped laser materials.
Fig. 1a Two sites are evidenced for ytterbium in the SYS structure (Yb 3+:SrY4(SiO4) 30 ) and this multisite behavior explains the broad emission and absorption profiles observed in figure 2.
In order to obtain a large κ value, the following requirements must be fulfilled: (i) low molar mass M; (ii) high melting point Tmp (high strength atomic bonds); (iii) compact crystal structures and (iv) covalent character of the host.
We have shown in this paper how the estimation of these parameters in the case of insulating crystals might be carried out to obtain host materials with a large thermal conductivity value, the following requirements must be fulfilled: low molar mass; high melting point compact crystal structures with covalent character of the chemical bonds.

However, their mechanical strength of such hydrogels was lower than that of NRL alone due to the formation of amorphous structure in IPN hydrogel.
Recently, the interpenetrating network (IPN) structure based hydrogelswas extensively investigated for improvingsomeproperties [2].
These structures provide the interspace within hydrogels and are able to enhance drug entrapment efficacy and control the release of material [3].
In addition, the amorphous with porous structure IPN hydrogels (Fig. 2) caused the low tensile strength and stiffnesswith compared to the initial NRL film (Table1).

The materials were characterized with respect to their molecular structure.
Furthermore, this planar conformation leads to a more pronounced vibration structure.
The intensity and position were dependent on the chemical structure.
This is mainly caused by the more planar structure of the molecule that is caused by the thienyl.

As a conclusion, the aromatic structure of lignin in empty fruit bunch fibers has presented a promising alternative to replace petroleum-based phenol in polybenzoxazine synthesis.
The aromatic structure of phenolic components synthesized from empty fruit bunch offered more polymerizable sites and crosslinking density.
As further increase of temperature beyond 359 °C, the lignin structure was progressively broken down for both L-PBz (1:1:1 and 1:1:2).

(b)400℃ (c)350℃ 3.2 Morphology The structure and morphology of talc and as-prepared samples were characterized by means of SEM.
Compared to the pristine talc, the structure of the talc changed to loosen to distribute guest TiO2 on the surface of the talc particles (Figure.4.B).

A marked progress of the methods was supported by the development of colloid chemistry at the beginning of the 20th century.
Many substances have a complicated structure.
From the point of view of chemistry the relation between the particle size and the properties of the matter is of uppermost importance.
This depends, however, not only on the particle size but also on the morphology of their surface and of the nature of their porous structure.
Example of a complicated structure with several types of particles on various size scales.

This can be concluded that drying temperature should be controlled in order to maintain the antioxidants activity in the Garcinia mangostana pericarp as high drying temperature can cause the changes in the flavonoids structure.
