The hardness of the specimen prepared by this process is increased relative to materials prepared by other methods.
To improve the performance of industrial materials, techniques such as heat treatment and doping are generally used.
In addition, conventional processing methods require large deformation, so application is restricted to bulk materials, which restricts the variety of available materials, and the flexibility of the composite..
This novel technique can easily produce various complex materials with fine crystal grains.

Other than these advantages, the RP technologies still lack full usage due to its compatibility with the materials.
New materials with superior characteristics can be developed to overcome this but this requires in-depth knowledge about the behavior of materials subjected to various operating conditions.

The metallographic microstructures of materials were observed by the optical microscope, and the hardness of materials was measured by micro hardness tester and Vicker.
It means that there was not any effect of RE-energizing on the core structure of materials.

Contrasted to the traditional drying ways, microwave energy generated from electromagnetic tube was acted on materials directly which caused the rapid heating throughout the materials without thermal gradients during microwave drying processing.

Introduction
Functional gradient material (FGM) is a new type of composite materials which is made of mixture of ceramic and metal.
The results indicate that the changes of thermophysical properties of materials will affect the load response strongly.
Physical parameters of functional gradient materials Consider a functional gradient material shallow conical shell of which the upper surface is made of ceramics, the lower surface of which is made of metal, and the middle part is made of mixture of these two kinds of materials as shown in Fig.1(a).
(a) (b) Fig.1 Geometry and load of FGM shallow conical shells Functional gradient materials (FGMs) belong to inhomogeneous material and its components change with the space coordinates.

According to filling materials, coal backfill mining can be divided into water & sand backfill mining, paste backfill mining, waste backfill mining and high-water backfill mining.
The filling support has two reinforce boards, the role of upper board is to evolve filling materials, and the role of bottom board is to bulldoze the filling material of the goaf floor.
The adjustment jack is hinged on the base and used to adjust the height of shovel board and took filling materials to the top.
It also need improve the filling materials parameters, such as improving the filling material early strength, using gas as a filling material, etc
