Introduction A novel manufacture technique of wind-tunnel test models based on SL was undertaken to determine the suitability of models with internal metal frame and surface photopolymer resin materials[1,2].
Therefore, to meet the strength and stiffness requirements is very significant for the wind-tunnel test models with photopolymer-resin materials based on SL technique[10-13].
Material of the frames was 40Cr.

The remarkable characteristic of micro-Cutting is that cutting parameters level closing to the crystal grain msize of material.
The material of workpiece would be extruded, which under the cutting line.
The second deformation zone and third deformation zone has been pressed by cutting edge radius, which could subject materials to elastic-plastic deformation.

Influence of Hole size on Crack Propagation Mechanism of Nano-Single Crystal Copper Ge Li1,a, Xianqin Hou1, Zhimin Liu1 1Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, Baotou, 014010, China aligeab@imust.cn Keywords: Molecular dynamics, Holes, Crack propagation mechanism Abstract.
Introduction With the gradual deepening research of nano technology, the microscopic mechanism of the material crack initiation and propagation under nano-scale were urgently needed.
The crack propagation and fracture process of metal material were caused by the chemical bonds change of particles at the atomic scale, such as the formation of dislocation nucleation, motion, and empty, twins, micro-crack propagation [2, 3].
Therefore, it is very necessary that the influence of material internal defects such as the hole on crack propagation mechanism were researched.

The electromagnetic field produced will pass through the material under test and the impedance value of the sensor will changed according to the properties of the material under test[9].
The model consist of one subdomain known as material under test.
This is due to change of material properties and indicated that the sensors are sensitive to material changes and can be used as estimators of material properties.
