In reference [1], the challenges faced by reinforced concrete constructions when subjected to fire include loss of strength, reduction in stiffness and degradation of mechanical properties, leading to the appearance of cracks, peeling of coatings and structural weakening that can result in collapse in the event of a serious fire.
The results obtained are compared with previous experimental data, showing favorable results.
