In the electrodeposition process, highly homogeneous materials are obtained through molecular level precursor solution mixing [7].
Other advantages of the electrodeposition process include the ease of controlling material composition, inexpensive raw materials and high purity end products.

In this paper, we studied the methods to synthesize good ZnO materials that can be applied in real environment.
Introduction ZnO is a promising materials and widely used in optoelectronics, microelectronics, chemistry and some other fields.
However, the light transmission capacity of the material is also important for these kinds of devices.

Fig. 1 Tensile curves of low carbon steel There are three external factors affecting the yield stress of materials: temperature, strain rate and stress state.
As temperature falls and strain rate rises, the yield stress of materials increases but leads to low-temperature embrittlement of materials.
Temperature affects yield stress of materials.

Introduction Progressive damage in engineering materials and structures may be induced by materials processing, manufacturing and in-service conditions.
The presence of damage may significantly alter the stiffness and the strength of engineering materials and structures.
Thus, damage analysis is an important issue in engineering sciences such as in material sciences, mechanical engineering, civil engineering and etc.
