Introduction
Now a day, it is highly desirable to develop economical photovoltaic materials with high absorption efficiency.
Therefore, it is highly desirable to develop economical photovoltaic materials with high absorption efficiency.
From few decades many efforts have been made on renewable energy materials including photovoltaic electric generators.
Copper indium diselenide (CuInSe2), ternary semiconductor compound have been promising materials for optoelectronic devices, electronic devices and solar cell application.

Moreover, the research about pearlescent pigment never ceased, including improvement on base materials [1,2] and coating materials [3,4].
Ce(OH)4 was used as starting coating materials.
