Mechanical Manufacturing Safety Management Situation
Currently, the majority of accidents happen in the process of field operation, which is directly composed of the environment, material and people, but the one playing dominant role in the process is the human being.
With the development of productivity and the improvement of high-tech science, field-use high-tech equipment (materials, machinery, apparatus, equipment and tools etc.) is becoming more and more.
However, it is found during the manufacturing site safety inspection that there are usually two levels of distribution not exceeding three distribution during the practice in full compliance with regulatory requirements, with PE wire being led to the wrong location without a common problem between the repeated grounding position and quantity, and thus burying hidden trouble for security manufacturing. 2.2 Manufacturing materials on site do not conform to the standard.In the modern mechanical manufacturing industry, it is of common for manufacturing accidents occurrence due to machinery manufacturing selection not in strict accordance with the relevant standard.

This study aims at ascertaining the importance of Post Welding Heat Treatment (PWHT) in achieving the required hardness in creep-strength enhanced ferritic (CSEF) materials.
From the analysis of 12 projects of power plant construction around the world (8 Combined Cycle PP, 3 Coal and 1 Nuclear PP), it is noted that several CSEF materials are being used.
The most significant among these materials is alloy steel 9Cr-1Mo, Grades 91.
The choice of this material is due to its improved and exceptional properties compared to other materials with same diameter and thickness.
