Materials and methods This paper studied the range of XXB into the estuary of the Yangtze river mainstream to backwater end in zhaojun town, XingShanXian, the 30 km waters, set a sampling section in this area about every 3 km or so, were recorded as XX00 - XX10 (no XX10 section in dry period), in the town of zhaojun town upper reaches, near the Xingshan hydrologic station set up a Xiangxi source sampling section, recorded as XXYT.
