In order to expand the applicable scope of biological material, both macro-structure and nano-fiber select high-volatility mixed solution as raw materials, uses vacuum technology to accelerate solvent's evaporation rate and improve the mechanical properties and structure of the scaffold stability.
Forming process as shown in Fig.5, when the receiving platform is placed at the position A, Polymer solution materials would be continuously extrude by the RP method under the action of pressure P, and form a layer of macro-structure.
Through the effect of both pressure field and temperature field for a very short time, macromolecular solution materials will quickly dry and solidify.

The fabrication of W-Cu modified layers on the surface of the continuous casting machine mould copper plate by infiltration Hai-tao Maa, Wen-ping Huangb, Lai Wangc School of Materials Science and Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, Dalian 116024, China ahtma@dlut.edu.cn, bwenping7470@sina.com, cwangl@dlut.edu.cn Keywords: mould copper plate; surface modified layer; W-Cu alloys; infiltration; bonding strength Abstract: In this paper, a new method named infiltration was applied to fabricate W-Cu surface modified layers of copper mould firstly in order to promote the life span of the continuous casting machine (CCM) mould.
Experimental In this work, W powders with average particle size 1μm, 4.8μm and 300 meshes and Cu powders with average particle size 10 μm were used as raw materials in Fig. 1.
SEM images of W-Cu40 modified layer and copper substrate Conclusions W-Cu40 modified layers on the surface of the CCM mould copper plate were successfully fabricated by presingtering and infiltration processes using commercial tungsten and copper powders as raw materials.
