Therefore, studying the semi-finishing and finishing of laser solid forming materials becomes necessary for its precision applications.
External turning operation experiments Prior to the analysis of the machinability of 2 TC4 alloys, the Rockwell hardness and micro-hardness were measured for both materials, respectively.
The Rockwell hardness was sampled at 3 random points for both materials.

Where, load parameter W=1.7×10-6, speed parameter U=3×10-11, material parameter G=4747, the synthesis radius of spherical lubrication surfaces R=5mm, Hertz contact pressure PH=1.0GPa, half width of Herth contact region B=68μm , the radius of circular convex defect and circular concave defect r=10μm, the length of linear convex defect and linear concave defect was 27μm , the height of convex defect and depth of concave defect h=0.05μm, the defect center position was in entrance and at a distance of 27μm from EHL contact center.
