Research on the Technical and Economic Evaluation Model of Energy-saving Buildings Qiankun Wang1, a, Qian Huang2, b 1, 2 School of Civil Engineering & Architecture, Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, Hubei, 430070, China a wangqk@mail.whut.edu.cn, bonlinehqq@163.com Keywords: Technical and Economic Evaluation Model; Energy Saving Rate; Renewable Energy Contribution Rate; Increased Capital Ratio; Payback Period of Investment Abstract.
ER shows technical evaluation of energy-saving palisade structure system, and energy saving rate has national standard which is an important factor to the designer; CR is to show technology of the use of new energy; IR is the add capital relative to the civil part of the investment due to we use new material, new energy and equipment; P reflects the speed of the investment recovery.
This part will be transformed into the increased cost rate related to civil engineering cost, so it can reflect the discretion of the amount after we use energy-saving technologies.
(6) there, : Add cost caused by energy-saving palisade structure system, Yuan; : Add cost caused by renewable energy system, Yuan; : Proposed building area, m2; : Proposed building civil cost, Yuan/ m2.
This model could be used in design phase and is help to let owner and designer learn the technical and economic index of energy-saving building in advance, apply energy saving construction scheme for the proposed revision, provide the basis for the optimization and avoid the waste of time, money and human in engineering construction.
