In order to achieve the emission reduction targets in China, one of the basic ways is energy conservation and emission reduction.
According to the statistics from Liaoning Statistical Yearbook, China Electric Power Yearbook and China Energy Statistical Yearbook from 2005 to 2010 and the data provided by China's power industry statistical data analysis of 2010, combine with raw coal translation of standard coal coefficient and the electrical equivalent of standard coal coefficient, we can get the raw coal emissions CO2 coefficients 1.876 kgco2/kg.
Having transformed, the equation of per capita electricity carbon dioxide emissions can be written as: = * (4) Data Processing.
According to the statistics from Liaoning Statistical Yearbook, China Electric Power Yearbook and China Energy Statistical Yearbook from 2005 to 2010 and the data provided by China's power industry statistical data analysis of 2010, we have some calculation and analysis.
It is estimated that, compared with the data in 2005, till 2020 the target of the 45% reduction of the unit GDP CO2 emissions from power consumption could be able to achieve in liaoning province.

Many researchers attempted to evaluate reduction factors for lateral stiffness in order to reflect
stiffness reduction effect on slab analysis.
Stiffness Reduction Factor for Flat Plate Slab Variable for Stiffness Reduction.
To propose the stiffness reduction factor, this study analyzed the variables having an effect on stiffness reduction in the prior test results of slab-column connection.

The percentage of storage reduction and data anomalies are investigated for every normal form and database system.
For the advantages, Normalization avoids data modification (INSERT/DELETE/UPDATE) anomalies as each data item resides in one place.
Data are organized and structured more logically.
Also, it enforces Referential Integrity on Data, namely the enforcement of relationships between data in joined tables.

Abstract.
In order to arrange energy-saving and emissions- reduction better, achieve the strategic target for energy-saving and emission-reduction, improve production environments, make comprehensive use of resources and develop circular economy, the establishment of a comprehensive and perfect evaluation system of province-wide energy-saving and emission-reduction is of great significance both to the region and the country.
The Construction Principle of Energy-saving and Emission-reduction Index System (1) Comprehensive and Scientific Comprehensive means that we should be all-round coverage of energy-saving and emission-reduction work, widely consider various factors that may affect the energy-saving and emission-reduction, systematically collected selection.
(3) Maneuverability In order to make energy-saving and emission-reduction index system can be effectively applied in practical analysis, solve practical problems, the concept of selecting indicators and the content must be clear and has observables, and have the corresponding data support, rather than take a one side pursuit of perfect theoretical level [2].
Conclusion Only when governments supervise can the work of energy-saving and emission-reduction require to success.

And the multi-objective colligation evaluation model and scientific evaluation system for energy saving and emission reduction oriented to industry characteristics was constructed.
The Chinese government attached great importance to energy conservation and emissions reduction work.
Chinese administrative departments at all levels and enterprises have made some achievements in energy conservation and emission reduction.
A scientific evaluation system of energy conservation and emissions reduction was established based on the characteristics of certain industry.
Through collection and processing of the enterprise detailed data, the original data of quantitative indexes are concluded.

On the basis of 1H and 13C NMR and mass spectroscopy characterization data, the less polar product was determined as 2-phenylbenzothiazole (4) and the more polar product was identified as S-2-(benzamido)phenylbenzothioate (5).
The less polar 2-phenylbenzothiazole (4) was easily identified based on the standard sample and NMR data.
The mass spectroscopic data confirmed that the molecular weight of 5 was 336.0, suggesting that an extra benzoyl group was attached to the molecule.
On the basis of both NMR and MS data, the more polar product was identified as S-2-(benzamido)phenylbenzothioate (5).
Proposed reaction paths upon reduction of bis(2-(benzoylamino)phenyl)disulfide (3).

The experimental set up comprises of one open-ended reservoir tank, a smooth pipe (to eliminate the error associated with the quality of holes formed in a grooved surface), pump and valves, flow meter and pressure sensors, and data logger (Model No. 34000, Data acquisition unit).
The results were used as the point of reference for data analysis of Drag Reduction Percentage (Dr %).
Desired flow rate value was set by controlling it from the valve and the steady state pressure drop data across 1.5m of pipe were recorded.
Reynolds Numbers (Re) were calculated using the data observed from the experimental work (volumetric flow rate, Q).
As data taken from the experimental data, it has been shown from Fig. 6 that a flat geometry gives the most effective on drag reduction.

The reduction is characterised based on thermogravimetry graphs.
The research found that the reduction of iron ore occurs in some stages.
The hydroxylation is followed by reduction.
The data are procceed for obtaining differential thermogravimetry curves.
This formation affects to higher reduction degree of pellet [6].

This text studied the affection of the coiling temperature and cold reduction ratio to the adding P high strength IF steel on microstructure, property and textures, and assured the optimal coiling temperature and cold reduction ratio which has supplied the theoretical guidance and reference data to the industry.
(a) coiling temperature: 500℃; cold reduction ratio:80 % (b) coiling temperature: 550℃; cold reduction ratio:60 % (c) coiling temperature: 600℃; cold reduction ratio: 70 % Fig.1 Effect of coiling temperature on microstructure of experimental steel conditions diffrenent cold reduction ratio From the fig1, the microstructure is 100% ferrite.
While the cold reduction ratio is 50%, the ReL get the minimum value.
While the cold reduction ratio is 80%, the A80 gets maximum value.

The results show that the reduction could not complete.
However that reduction process has not completed yet.
The size do not affect clearly on reduction process.
In this experiment the influence of ore size are not seen clearly due to lack of XRD spectra data for each ore size before roasting.
The reduction occurs after dehydroxylation complete.
