This paper demonstrates the use of recyclable waste products such as typical empty metal beverage cans available in the market for the protection of civil engineering structures from an explosive load.
Finally, this study concludes that the waste empty metal cans can be considered as a potential member to protect civil engineering structures from the air blast load.
In order to safeguard the main load bearing members of the civil engineering structures, the failure load of the sacrificial cladding structure should be kept as low as possible.
This configuration can be used to protect typical civil engineering structures from air blast loading.
From the above results, it can be concluded that the empty metal beverage cans can be considered as a potential member to protect civil engineering structures from air blast load.

Through the understanding of the main methods, enable us to better understand performance-based design, so as to improve the design of civil engineering.
From the method and the form of equation, the displacement coefficient method is simple, and when uses the displacement coefficient method, Civil engineering experts need not iterative calculation.
Foreign scholars and Civil engineering experts have a lot of research on direct displacement based design method, and put forward many types of direct displacement based design method which are suitable for different types of structure.

And then select courses for civil engineering class.
For example, ‘CE11203’ refers to the third civil engineering class in grade 2012.
Next, compulsory courses for civil engineering classes are selected.
‘CE’ is the abbreviation of ‘Civil Engineering’.
If not, delete i-th row which means course is not for civil engineering class

Civil aircraft power plant compartment has been a difficult area for its high velocity flow field formed after fire happens.
Accidents caused by fire failure are also quite common in civil aircraft use and maintenance.
Many countries have published rules and acts to enhance the safety in civil aircraft, such as Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) [3] and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Much work on fire protection of civil aircraft has been carried out.

Key words: Claims, Claim Reports, Financial Claims, Time Claims.
In domestic engineering claim report, the provisions of the law such as the civil law and contract law, etc, can be cited.
Main point of claims calculations To prepare good calculations of financial claims and time claims, claim management personnel must have the deep engineering technical knowledge, engineering economy knowledge and financial and accounting knowledge.
The delays caused by owner, owner risk and the engineer, can be claimed. ② Claim personnel should skilled grasp Critical Path Method to judge extension of time.
Therefore, claims reports must be succinct so that the outsiders of engineering project can understand claim reports with no trouble.

Impedance spectroscopy (IS) is a non-destructive testing (NDT) method ranking in the electrical engineering measuring method group.
Introduction Application of the IS method to solids in the civil engineering was first carried out by Hugo Pavlovský in 1967, its development being abandoned for a long time to come.
Experiment setup description At the Department of Physics, Faculty of Civil Engineering, TU Brno, the IS-based measurements have been implemented using following instrumentation: Agilent 33220A generator, Agilent 54645A double-channel oscilloscope, Agilent 82357A USB/GPIB Interface card, and a PC [4].
