This paper demonstrates the use of recyclable waste products such as typical empty metal beverage cans available in the market for the protection of civil engineering structures from an explosive load.
Finally, this study concludes that the waste empty metal cans can be considered as a potential member to protect civil engineering structures from the air blast load.
In order to safeguard the main load bearing members of the civil engineering structures, the failure load of the sacrificial cladding structure should be kept as low as possible.
This configuration can be used to protect typical civil engineering structures from air blast loading.
From the above results, it can be concluded that the empty metal beverage cans can be considered as a potential member to protect civil engineering structures from air blast load.
Finally, this study concludes that the waste empty metal cans can be considered as a potential member to protect civil engineering structures from the air blast load.

Teaching Platform Construction of Mining Engineering after Recovering Recruit Student

Since the mining specialty stopping in last century, the previous teachers in mining staff room in the school turned into civil staff room and engaged in teaching and scientific research about geotechnical engineering aspects.
Since 2005, the School of Environment and Civil Engineering, Wuhan Institute of Technology began to build the base, which was a school-class practice teaching demonstration centre managed by two levels of college and school, and in the charge of the center director.
The demonstration center, mainly based on the abundant practical teaching resource in the Daye iron ore and assisted by the relevant rich practice teaching resources around the iron ore areas, can meet the mining engineering, dressing engineering, safety engineering, civil engineering, and other professional subjects various practice teaching needs.
The practice teaching project in demonstration centre are background of the practical engineering of engineering unit, which complete with engineering practice.

This paper studies the object –Jilin Architecture and Civil Engineering Institute Hong Qi campus, was founded in 1956,used to be the State Ministry of construction Changchun engineering school, was one of ten Architecture and Civil Engineering buildings which was set up in the first batch in new China.
Project Implementation Process On March 2012 ,author began to spend three months on the restoration work of Jilin Architecture and Civil Engineering Institute Hong Qi campus, led A, B, C three working group (there are one teacher and five students, respectively from Jilin Architecture and Civil Engineering Institute architecture, surveying and mapping exploration, and landscape design) started acquisiting information of the terrain environment, building structure and building surface[6].
