Abstract.
Introduction In recent years, the international and domestic disaster occurs frequently, emergency rescue in the city of rescue process play a key role.
Urban Traffic Network Model City traffic network is composed of sections and intersections pose, in order to construct the urban transport network model, with intersections as nodes, with two nodes to the sections for arc, with sections meet impedance by weight.
The model uses travel time as the urban road weights for the urban traffic network optimal path selection.

The Île-d’Orléans bridge (Fig. 7) is a large suspension cable bridge located near Québec City, Canada, that was opened to traffic in 1935.
In order to measure the stresses induced in the strands by traffic loads, the deformations of certain strands of the centre-east section of the main cable and in the south anchorage chamber were measured under controlled traffic conditions, using two 12-wheel trucks, each having a scale weight of slightly more than 30,000 kg.

Research on Influences of Wind Screens on Wind-Resistant Capability for Long Span Suspension Bridges

To ensure the traffic safety under strong winds, wind screens are often installed on the bridge deck to reduce the wind speed over the roadway.
Therefore in the preliminary design of a bridge, the impacts of wind screens on the wind induced dynamic response and traffic security should be thoroughly studied so as to figure out the optimized size and position for the wind screens on the bridge.

The value 7.21 was not large enough to cause the guardrail broken,it was reasonable to believe that the guardrail consist of MS-A and MST-2 can able to keeping the vehicle in its traffic lane after collision with guardrail and absorbing more energy than other guardrails ,it would be the best guardrail to the road .
