In recent years, the study of residual stress which comprises its formation, testing and impact on fatigue strength of metallic materials, brittle fracture and stress corrosion attract more attention and get in-depth discussion with the development of fracture mechanics [1].
As a kind of common materials processing shape, Metal bars are widely used in industrial production [5].
If the temperature of the former and the latter has obvious differences, the excessive quenching rate leads to increase in thermal stress and residual stress of materials is the main reason of generating the phenomenon of inner crack.
