Introduction With the continuous development of science and technology, people from all fields continuously put forward a lot of delay differential equations .
Milling has a relatively low cutting force in machining process, to ensure high machining accuracy and can obtain the advantage of high material removal rate, and therefore is widely applied in aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, mould and auto manufacturing complicated parts[2-3].
