In recent years, researchers have found that the Ti(C,N) would not only enhance the oxidation resistance of refractories, but also improve the corrosion resistance as an additive in refractory material, and prolong the service life of refractory materials [2,3].
In our previous studies [4,5], quartz, rutile and coke were used as raw materials in preparing the Ti(C,N)-Si3N4 composite powders by carbothermal reduction nitridation (CRN) method.

Thus the other materials of the device are subject to conditions close to the limiting capabilities.
The ceramic materials, including the supporting structure of heating elements, have specific requirements for operating modes and especially the heating rate, also the thermal insulation which should provide sufficient protection of working people.
Of special interest in the study are the temperatures in some specific areas because of restrictive requirements for maximum permissible for the relevant materials value.

Taking the empirical value of the U.S. as the lower limit of the coefficient of permeability of materials for permeable base and combining the test values of coefficient of permeability of the three gradations in Table 1, the minimum sieve pore shall be ≥1.18mm, and the percentage range shall be = [0,4](%).
b) In terms of bearing capacity, good usability of graded broken stones is ensured by reasonable materials composition design; the shear resistance is particularly important for the deformation stability and overall strength of the basement.
