electron microscopy (FE-SEM), contact angle test is used to show its surface character; hemolysis
test, dynamic clotting time experiment and platelet binding test are utilized to investigate the blood
compatibility of the materials.
The roughness of both surfaces is more or less equal, and the next contact angle tests will show the hydrophilic characters of the two materials.
By means of the dynamic clotting time measurement, the extent that various materials influence thrombus factor can be achieved.

Advanced FRPs are multi-phase materials made of continuous reinforcing fibers, oriented in one or more specific directions, embedded within a polymeric matrix.
Thanks to their properties, the industry's interest is growing, prompting research to address the constructional difficulties of these materials.

Experimental results prove that TUVAG may make materials removed in a plastic
state mostly, the probability of cracks formation and propagation becomes less, and obviously
reduce surface damages of ZTA ceramics, and the grinding badness layer of ceramics after TUVAG
is shallower than that after diamond grinding at the same grinding parameters.
ZTA ceramics is still hard brittle material, so the subsurface damages of ZTA ceramics are mostly caused by materials brittle- removed [6].
