The proportion of chemical speciations of uranium shows that the bound to carbonates>the bound to Fe-Mn oxides>the exchangeable>the residual>the bound to sulfide-organic matter speciation, which is beneficial to cost reduction on in-situ leaching of uranium and environmental protection.
According to the International Atomic Energy Agency, the newly site data, in global 1352 known uranium deposits, there are 530 sandstone uranium deposits, which accounts for 27.9% of the world's proven reserves total ,and the quantity and the reserves of it are among the first. In recent years, the 6 kinds of new large and super large sandstone type uranium deposit were found and proved in Cenozoic sedimentary basin in North China, and this greatly improving the status of sandstone uranium deposit in the uranium resources, and which become one of the four main industrial type uranium deposits in China.
Each cycle of uranium mineralization is related to the oxidation zone closely, and the regional interlayer oxidation zone of Sangonghe Formation V cycle is the main ore-bearing bed, in which is coarse grained sandstone in low permeability, the top and bottom is mudstone or shale and siltstone interbed, and ore bodies in the oxidation zone and reduction with the transition position.
All test data are shown in table 1 .According to the level of the desires of sequential chemical extraction of uranium grade value within a 5% soluble method, shows that the experimental data with high reliability.
The bound to carbonates’ uranium can be extracted under the condition of weak acid, the proportion of this uranium which is beneficial to the acid and pollution reduction is higher(mean of 44.62%).

Fig.2 Corrosion morphology of the base and FSP samples after 5 hours exposure
The EDS data for the processed metal after 8 hours (Fig. 3) shows an increase in the concentration of Al (~2%) in the corrosion products formed; in contrast, previous specimens showed no significant Al concentration in any of the corrosion products.
This can be attributed to a greater role being played by the secondary or β- phase due to the homogenization of the grains and a reduction of the cathodic role usually played by the noble β-phase.
(a) (b) (c) (d) Fig.3 Corrosion morphology of the base and FSP samples after 8 hours exposure The increasing exposure time (at 11 hours) results in pitting corrosion and formation of dolomite crystals on the surface of the base metal as is correlated by the marked increase in Ca concentration from the EDS data (Fig.4).
Further, the EDS data also shows a much greater CO2 concentration (of 30% - 40% at. wt.) in the base metal when compared to (8% - 10% at. wt.) the processed sample.
This is proof of the significant reduction in porosity affected by the FSP process.

Data mining discovers knowledge and useful information from large amounts of data stored in databases.
In order to overcome the limit which are caused by applying traditional data mining methods to multiple tables, multi-relational data mining (MRDM) is proposed.
Object-Oriented Data Mining (OODM) is a field whose time has come.
Almost all current researches to OODM tailored to specific forms of data mining and specific data types.
Of course, this requires that the data is perfect.

It will take the accountability system for energy saving and emission reduction .
In the actual process of calculating carbon emissions, if energy consumption data are represented by standard coal, without subdivision into coal, oil and natural gas information, we can calculate carbon emissions coefficient according to the following formula[1]
This study use the average of the findings of each agencies, as shown in Table 1: Table1 The carbon emissions coefficient of different energy Data Source Coal Oil Gas Hydroelectric and nuclear power DOE/EIA 0.702 0.478 0.389 0 The Institute of Energy Economics in Japan 0.756 0.586 0.449 0 climate change project in State Science and Technology Commission 0.726 0.583 0.409 0 Energy Research Institute in National Development And Reform Commission 0.7476 0.5825 0.4435 0 Mean Value 0.7329 0.5574 0.4226 0 According to the carbon emissions coefficient of different energy, we will get 0.608 as carbon emissions coefficient of standard coal.
That means energy-saving and emission-reduction in Hebei province has achieved a great progress during the "Eleventh Five-Year" period.
In order to realize the target of energy saving and emission reduction, the State has introduced a series of measures such as Regional Restricted Approval.

First of all, the moving average method is used to preprocess the original data and weaken the burr of the original data.
The main calculation steps of this model are as follows: On the assumption of the original data series (1)Use the three-dots smoothing method to preprocess the raw data (1) Process the endpoint data as follows (2) (3) The moving average of the original data processing, not only weakens the effect of burr data in original sequence, but also enhances the regularity of the original data, and makes the model prediction results more scientific
Therefore, consider the N data of random sequence x as time series of limited energy, the spectrum of observed data can be obtained by Fourier transform.
(1)Construct the residual time series; By the data of the nearby principle, the most recent data can reflect the nature of the electricity consumption better, therefore the residual time series is constructed as formula (11); (11) Where, residuals of the data is
(2)Conducting a one-accumulate of , we get as follows: (3)And the data matrix and
