In modern civil aviation operations, the effective performance of pre-flight flight planning is the key of a safe flight, and the changing air traffic environment often requires modifying the pre-determined flight plan or even en route re-planning.
Introduction In commercial civil transport, flight plan is one of the most important references for both the flight crew and air traffic control (ATC), and the pre-flight construction and sign off of the flight plan is the key step in the operational process.
It is also intended that the system support multiple civil aircrafts and multiple CFPs.

Abstract.
Various types of SCC have been successfully developed according to the actual engineering needs, such as massive self-compaction concrete, self-compacting steel fiber concrete, self-compacting minimum inflation concrete, self-compacting light weight aggregate concrete, self-compacting recycled concrete.
However, SCC has excellent applicability for elements with complicated shapes and congested reinforcement, and can achieve significant strengthening effect in this aspect, and it shows better performance in strengthening projects such as bridge engineering, frame structures, wall structures, etc.
Based on the project examples, economic and social benefit was analyzed in this paper in order to promote the application of SCC in strengthening engineering.

Keywords: earthquake-induced landslides, shaking table test, similitude laws,
Abstract: Based on analysis of characteristics of earthquake-induced landslides and summary of main factors of controlling earthquake-induced landslides, three main factors which are seismic parameters, topography and landforms features and engineering properties of soil are considered the main factor affecting on earthquake-induced landslides.
The seismic stability analysis of rock-soil slope induced by earthquake has become one of the important topics in geotechnical engineering and earthquake engineering world.
The fundamental task of earthquake engineering research is to figure out the engineering damage motion and the failure mechanism of engineering structures under seismic loads.
The design parameters of shaking table test refer to the basic parameter of shaking table of Northwest Center for Disaster Mitigation in Civil Engineering Ministry of Education of Lanzhou University of Technology.
