In order to strengthen the management organization work, Shenyang established the Green Building Council on May 7, 2010.The committee consists of design units, energy-saving materials production units and research institutes.
In recently years, with the upgrading level of economic development and research capacity in Shenyang, the research and application of green building achieved a certain degree of progress, such as the ventilation insulation technology, ground source heat pump technology, new wall materials technology, but the level of whole application is still very low.

In addition, they need to examine the valve distribution nearby and building components which involves spatial data query, and need to find out the material to the drain line and building components, this is query for attribute data.
Attribute data include survey results, statistics material, laws and regulations and documents.
