Years of investment enables school infirmaries have a high level of medical personnel team and many advanced medical equipment, but the intervention of the health insurance makes the number of physical examination people increasingly shrink, coupled with the shortage of financial support, resulting in a waste of medical resources and the powerless and idle medical staff, which will limit the survival and development of school infirmaries [5,6].

DEFORM software is often used for 2D analysis of machining processes [5, 6], but often also used for 3D simulation [7, 8], or can be analyzed by special processes with advanced machining methods [9-11].
Cutting tool simulation model geometry is the exactly same shape as experimental cutting insert and model is prepared in CAD system utilizing 3D scan and reverse engineering [12, 13].
